This expansive, luxurious lodge home is nestled in beautiful northwestern North Carolina in the town of Wilkesboro and sits on breathtaking Kerr Scott Lake.  Civilization is close enough and convenient – yet far enough to feel like you are away from it all.

Malone Bay is an exclusive, gated, lakefront community surrounded by the mountains.  Sitting on more than 6.5 acres of rustic woodlands and over a 1,000 feet of lake frontage shoreline. The lodge is full of personal touches, so we're sure you'll find it warm and inviting.

All rates are per week, plus a $175.00 housekeeping fee and a refundable security deposit of $1,000.00.  All rates and fees are subject to change without notice.

Off-Peak Season Rates - $3500 per week
November 1st through Memorial Day Weekend in May.

Peak Season Rates - $4500 per week
Memorial Day Weekend through the end of October
Includes major Holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years) plus major local festivals and events.

FAQs

Q. Does the house have a washer and dryer?
A. Yes, but you will need to bring detergent.

Q. Does the house have a grill?
A. Yes, the cabin has a gas grill on the back deck.

Q. Do I need to bring my own linens (sheets & towels)?
A. No, the house is fully stocked with clean sheets already on the beds and fresh bath towels, hand towels & washcloths.  Towels for boating or swimming are located in the laundry room closet.

Q. What exactly does "fully equipped kitchen" mean?
A. The kitchen is fully stocked with any cups, plates, utensils, pots/pans, cooking/baking dishes, hand held mixer, crock-pot, blender,  coffee maker, toaster, etc.... You will, however, need to bring your own condiments, spices, food type items; as we don't leave  anything perishable in the house between rentals.

Q. Do you have cell service/good reception at the house?
A. Depending on what provider you have for your cell service will depend on how good the reception is but, usually there isn't a problem using your cell phone.
